Assignment #21 State Governor:

Well, we're nearing to an end on this session of the StatesExploration. I think the end date I had was set to the last week of March. If I do this again I have some new niffy ideas. I hope you all enjoyed doing it, and I didn't bore you too much. : ) Here is this week's assignment:

Assignment #21 State Governor:
