The Ohioana Book Festival is a fantastic way to kick off National Children's Book Week, May 11-17, 2009. Pick up a signed book for Mom, too! Mother's Day is May 10.
Over 70 Ohio authors will sign books at this
FREE event which is open to the public - no advance tickets and no advance registration is required, and plenty of
FREE parking is available! Programs and activities range from traditional author readings and book signings to a kid’s area with costumed characters; from a panel on how to get published to a discussion of the writing life; from an on-site book store (Barnes & Noble) to live entertainment and food.
