Monday: More track practice, so I walked six or seven times around the track with various daughters and another Mom.

Friday: I thought I would get more opportunity to exercise at track practice again, but we ended up traveling over "the hill" (the Rocky Mountains) to purchase a reliable commuter car for Gary instead. The three oldest stayed home, but we took the six youngest with us. Gary's brother graciously accompanied us, which was a great help when Gary and I test drove vehicles. Ultimately, we bought a 1994 Suzuki Sidekick--a four door, four-wheel drive, standard transmission with a good heater, good a/c and that gets 32 mpg. Plus it doesn't leak oil. All of these were important features to us, and we're thankful God allowed us to find and purchase this vehicle.
