While most kindergartens fail to approach this stratospheric level of "success," it is common to Christian homeschools, especially treating others with respect. Yet, because they're not a "real school," they don't qualify for the $100K.
I should mention that the money to encourage more class teachers to aspire to this level of excellence is easily had. All they have to do is send one student to be educated at home. The savings of money spent over 13 years of the student's education will be more than enough to cover an $100K advance made to the teacher.
