Description
We're a homeschooling family with one 3rd grader and 3 little ones ages 4,3, and 2. We also have one on the way! This baby boy will make 4 boys, 1 girl! We pray that, no matter what else they learn, that our children grow in the fear and knowledge of the Lord!

HELP!!
My hubby just started working a 2nd job in the evenings. Right now, he's working 4:30 to midnight while in training. So, other than him coming home for lunch, I'm home with the kids all day and all evening by myself. Things are fine -- I haven't felt bored yet or lost my sanity (YET) but -- I have absolutely no idea what to do with them in the evenings. Unfortunately, we watch too much t.v. Between 6 and bedtime (around 8), they are driving me crazy. Anyone have any suggestions on what we can do with all these evenings? Bear in mind my kids' ages are 7, 4, almost 3 and almost 2. |

| Game night! We love playing games together and it is great for quality time. The younger ones could 'partner' up with the older ones and there you go. Something to do that isn't tv all the time. I only have one daughter but my hubby usually works till 8 or 9 at night so I understand that is a long time to do it on your own! Good luck and have fun!! Missy |

To Do
| My hubby is an official so every year from Sept- November I have our three rug rats (8,3,18m). We read...you have to train the little ones to sit still. But it has been awesome the kids love books and now they sit and read. We do not watch TV...we watch movies on the weekends (1 - 2) but that is it! Reading has been great it opens up their imagination! |

another idea we used to have fun
| with when they were younger was exercise time. Sometimes I would put on an exercise video for us to do, sometimes make a circuit of exercises to do (minitramp, we had a little slide, sit and spin, and so on), sometimes go to the park... It is fun and good for all of you. |
