I also keep other important and helpful information in my binder so that I am not hunting the house for it. I keep things like important phone numbers and addresses, miscellaneous medical information, and budgeting and inventory lists. I keep a separate binder for all our school records including our year’s goals, a resource list of the books we are using, and a four year plan for my son’s high school years.  

It has taken me quite a while to put all this information together and in the past I had created my own forms.
