Kitchen's a mess, but that's okay.
Jet woke me up this morning with the news that he had made Scooter's cake, and that it was in the oven.
He used one of my cake mixes. The oven was on the right temp but he hadn't turned it on, he only put in a 1/3 cup too much water, he put in all three eggs it called for, and totally skipped the oil. He poured it into the right cake pan, but didn't grease it. From the look of the bowl he used and the counter it was sitting on, he stirred with great energy but still managed to leave large lumps. He used a icetea spoon to stir with.
He is very proud of himself.
So I guess we'll see how it turns out. I'll let you know.
