Has anyone ever notice how much SUPERMAN/Clark Kent is like Jesus? We watched the SUPERMAN movie yesterday and there are many similarities that they share. I actually wrote a paper on this, but was lost at the moment and I just found it. HALLELUJAH!!!!!
I see SUPERMAN as Jesus. He is your best friend who you can count on. And he has some things about him that are SUPER! He has all these powers that you think you know he has, but aren't sure. He always comes to your rescue. You know no matter what happens he's gonna be there. He's always fighting the bad guy/s that want to hurt you.
The only difference is Jesus doesn't have a weakness. SUPERMAN's is Kryptonite.
SUPERMAN is like Jesus because he was sent to earth to help and save people.
Jesus was sent to earth to seek and to save the lost.
SUPERMAN was Jor-el's only son, as was Jesus was God's.
Clark Kent is humble, as was Jesus.
SUPERMAN goes to his father for help as did Jesus daily.
That is why I like SUPERMAN!!!!!!!!!
Anyone else have anything else to add?
