I have been doing 150 sit-ups everyday for like 3 weeks! Hooray for me! My dad had suggested this, but they don’t seem to be helping at all.
So I was telling my MOM, about this and told her that they weren’t helping. She told me that sit-ups prob wouldn’t help me, me being a woman, and that running/walking and bike riding would be better. Then she told me when she was 15 she got in really good shape by riding her bike everyday.
So I am trying a new thing: Bike Riding and Walking/Running.
We have been riding our bikes when we go to work, so that counts! And lately MOM has let and I ride to town and the library.
That is like 8mi. there and back again.
I think she is going to start letting us do that everyday. YAY!
