So last Friday I was making our Shabbat meal and had gotten the lasagna in the oven to bake and realized I hadn't done anything for dessert! :O
I looked through our pantry and fridge... not a lot to work with, then I saw the fresh pineapple and the whipping cream. Surely I could make something with those together, right? :/ yeah me either... but I figured there had to be some type of frozen dessert that I could create with those ingredients... so I did some searching, mixed some recipes I found and came up with this...
