A Little Bit of EVERYTHING...
Published on June 3, 2007 at 7:26 PM

This Article was published in Daily bloggings of a 17 year old Girl on her way to becoming a Woman of God

I didn't blog yesterday due to the server changes on HSB. I am told this new server will be much better and faster. Great for us dial up users.
I can't believe it has been a week since the Suarez's came and left. *sniff sniff*  Why does time go extremely fast??

Ok... before I get to this tag... I just have to say YAHOO!! I finally  passed my drivers test!! I took it at the beginning of May, and *blush* failed. I failed to come to a complete stop before turning right on a red light. *blush* I did really well on parallel parking, which I thought that would be the reason I failed. So I was really relieved when I finally passed.
Thanks to all the prayers by my Mom, Joc, and to my really AWESOME &
MAGNIFICENT friends too!! and

I also need to send a HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Eric, who turned ten on the 1st. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Eric.
Mom made an ice cream cake... it was really good.

Just want to let ya'll know that I have some really great posts coming up. And there is a special new group that I am coming up with for young ladies ages 12 and up.
I am starting a new series about the History of Education in America. I posted the first part below.

Please pray for me... The horses just broke out the fence today. I was bawling because they went the opposite way than before and we are EXTREMELY blessed that we got them back. I can't do this again.

Mom was tagged with 7 things about yourself and I decided that I wanted to do this tag.

  1. I HATE nail files or any sort of file. Its makes me get goose bumps and cringe.
    2. I have just found 2 silver hairs. I am only 17. That is scary...
    3. I have to eat food in even numbers. If I am eating pretzels, I have to make sure I only grab an even amount. I eat things in 2's, or 4's.
    4. I have to have my purse match my shirt, skirt, or shoes. They have to have some correlating color in them.
    5. I eat ranch with most of my food. My fav thing to eat with it is potaoes, then we make a little snack thing with pretzels, pickles, cheese, and I dip it with ranch. I think I freaked the Suarez's boys...
    6. I have a insulated cup that is 64oz, and I fill up with Raspberry Tea almost everyday.
    7. I almost crashed my dad's truck into a tree before I got my license. Ok... I was driving on a highway by our house, and we were going to turn down a country road and I turned my signal and started slowing down on too early. So I wa told to get back up to the limit, so I did. Then the road came up too quickly, there was someone behind me and I took the turn at probably 50mph. Needless to say, we ended up spinning in a yard and coming dangerously close to a tree. We got stuck in the yard, cause it was wet. Dad got us out and then drove home the rest of the way.
Now he is scared to drive with me especially when I turn...

Anyway... I have had a pretty good week. Hope ya'll have too!!
Love...

Congrats on getting your license!!! Don't feel bad about passing your driver's test the first time. My cousin is like the smartest and most mature person I know (his SAT scores were SUPER high...) and he still failed his first driver's test because of something like that.

I'm really looking forward to your upcoming posts!! Don't keep us waiting too long!!

Yipee!! Congrats on passing your test! You had to parallel park? In our state you don’t have to do that to pass the test. I learned how to once in driver’s training. But now I never have to parallel park, so I don’t know if I’d remember how to. Hehe. Good for you for mastering it!

So Many Things Have Happened in My Absence...
Published on May 5, 2007 at 10:10 PM

This Article was published in Daily bloggings of a 17 year old Girl on her way to becoming a Woman of God

Well... A lot has happened since I blogged last. The reason for my absence... I will only tell you this: I have had some personal issues I needed to deal with. I hope that I have completely gotten rid of them now.
So now on to the more important news and things that have being happening.
SWEETNESS has a name!! It is Lucy... to my dismay. I wanted Lillie, but Dad made the final decision, so it is Lucy. Mom and I are hoping that we can name Lillie for a middle name. It is just a very sweet, lovely name. Just like SWEETNESS is!! But for now she is Lucy. I guess it will take us as long or longer to get a middle name as it did a first!!
Can you believe she is 4 weeks old today!?!? And she will be a month old on Monday. I can’t. She has changed so much. She is bigger too. She looks almost exactly like I did when I was a babe. Mom was having reminiscences of her firstborn.
One of her fav songs is "You are my Sunshine". But I redid it and it is "You are my Sweetness".
I love washing her little outfits and putting a onesie, sleeper and blanket all matching and putting them in her drawer. I am a control freak when it comes to matching clothes, blankets and such. I had to tell everyone that if they change her outfit there is a pile of the whole set of what she needs to wear next. So DON’T get anything else, but what is there. They think my kids are going to be spoiled about their clothes.

It is has been extremely nice here, except for the rain. The horses have been able to get out more and graze. They love it. You will have to go over to my Homesteadblog to read more about them. I am looking for another name for that blog. If you have any ideas, lmk.

The computer is back!! The motherboard is safe. We have all our files and such. And you will be happy to know that I have backed up all my files on cd, so I won’t have to spill tears over having lost all my stuff!! I did a happy jig when the computer place called and said it was just a bad modem. Hallelujah!!

I have finished Ishmael. I read all 523 pages in 2 1/2 days. I just couldn’t put it down. I would highly recommend it to all. Now... just have to get the sequel, Self-Raised. I can’t wait to find out what happens with all the characters.

Jocelyn and I took our first bike ride of the season yesterday. I must say that going the whole 7mi the first time this year was not wise. I am really sore, but it was fun.

We have been working alot at Mr. Schenck's. He has needed work done outside since it has been nice out, plus the regular cleaning.

Caleb is just the most adorable thing ever!! He likes to smile and laugh all the time. Well most of the time anyway. He loves to give SWEETNESS kisses and hold her hand. He has been sleeping with me, b/c he will sleep the whole nite if he is with me. It has been really helpful to Mom too.

Well life goes on here... "Much as it has this past month. With all of its comings and goings. With change coming slowly, if at all." So here is where I leave you til Wednesday.
Thank you all for your comments. I think that is the most I have EVER gotten on one post.
Be sure to check out Mom's, Jocelyn's and Rachel's blogs for other stuff going on here!!

  Love...

Yeah! Sweetness has a name! Now, it's on to the middle name! Oh my goodness! I am totally like you when it comes to clothes and everything having to match perfectly! It's a firstborn thing, we are always the perfectionist!

Oh, my sister has read Ishmael and Self Raised too! She loved them! I have started to read Ishmael and so far it is sooo sad, but very good. There is also a book by the same author called "The Hidden Hand" and that is very good too! Well, I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Did you want an H2 sample since your family already uses Shaklee???? Or were you just blogging about it, in general.

Also... about the matching outfits for the baby thing... people used to make fun of me b/c (especially with my girls), if they needed an outfit change they also needed a matching hairband (I had made one to match each outfit) and even a matching pacifier!

Maybe it IS a firstborn thing, b/c I am also a firstborn!

I wonder if MY firstborn (Kaitlyn) will be like that?

She is having brain surgery.
There will be updates on her blog.

From Wednesday:

24 hours..

May 2nd, 2007 by Especially Heather

Today will be spent with family. Tomorrow’s updates will come as soon as Mark receives word from the surgeons. Laura will be updating for us through out the day, and Mark hopes to be able to update tomorrow night- depending on how things go. I do not have a surgery time as of yet. I will find that out late tonight. I have been asked to be at the hospital at 6:30am tomorrow for prep and an MRI so, I would assume that I am the first surgery of the day (which I am thankful for, steady hands and an alert doctor are good things when it comes to brain surgery)

Thank you for your prayers :) See ya soon!

Not A Very Good Week...
Published on March 17, 2007 at 4:35 PM

This Article was published in Daily bloggings of a 17 year old Girl on her way to becoming a Woman of God

OK...so this week has not been the greatest...

First... I posted those pics of Jocelyn and she got so mad and threatened to post bad pics of me. She *DID* tell I could post them. I took some and she didn’t like those, so she made me take diff ones. She had done her hair and make-up, so she looked GREAT!! I told her when I took them that I was going to post them and she said that was ok!!

SO...if she posts pics of me, DO NOT go see them!! I am scared b/c she likes to get really gross pics of me...while I’m sleeping, looking like a barn ruffian...etc.

Didn’t you all think she look very Hobbity and beautiful?? That is not what she thinks!!

Second... We dropped Mom’s phone in the horse’s water!! *gasp* Yeah, horrible I know. It was an accident though!! We were using it as a timer, and then Estrella bucked and knocked it out of Jocelyn’s hands, and kerplop into the water it went!! We prob wouldn’t have lost EVERYTHING, if she had left it off and brought it up to Mom. But she turned it on and fried it!! It worked fine when we got it out of the water, but in doing that she fried everything. So a lesson in cell phone safety...if dropped in water, never turn on. Take apart and dry.

So if we had your #, please give me it again, b/c we lost EVERYTHING!!

Third... I have a concussion. Yes, this may sound funny, but it was everything but funny.

I had just finished cleaning out Dalcy's stall and closed her door. I then turned around and stepped on a rake that I had just leaned up against the wall. Now, I couldn’t see the rake as it was coming toward me b/c it was dark and the rake was in the shadow. So it hit me full force in the head. OUCH!! Oh man, I was in so much pain. I almost blacked out. I leaned against the door and waited for the pain to cease some so I could walk to the house. All the while, Jocelyn, our own comic relief girl is making fun of me for walking on a rake.

I felt my head to see it there was a bump and I felt something, so I asked Jocelyn to tell me if she saw something. She FREAKED out...I had a bump the size of Texas, and I am NOT exaggerating!! Seriously...it was sticking out like an inch. You know those WB cartoons with like Bugs Bunny, Sylvester and Tweety....and they get smacked up side the head with an anvil or something, and then they have that major bump that sticks up really high?? That is what the side of my head looked like...if you can imagine!!

So I have a mild concussion and a MAJOR headache. That is why I am not writing a heavy blogpost...you just get this measly, sad one!! I also hurt my neck and shoulders from the whiplash of trying to get away from the rake that attacked me!!

Fourth... My horse, Estrella, is a pain. I took her out yesterday to try and get a pic of her. She did ok, for awhile, we got the pics, and then I was taking her to her stall, and she decided she wanted to buck and run. So I am holding her lead and then all of the sudden she rears up and I am trying to back away and she get her front hooves on my shoulder and backs up. So she is almost dragging me back. I get free and back up and fall down. Of course, Mom is scared out of her wits...with what happened with the rake. She was worried I was really hurt.

So anyway... I think I will live to see another day. Just painfully!!

I do have a bit of good news!! Actually great news....we now have a laptop!! (It was a little difficult working with this new system, couldn't figure out how to paste....not the same as the old one.)

Yes, it is sooo nice!! But most of the credit for finding this laptop goes to PAULIE!! He found what we need for the best price and a very good pc. So THANK YOU PAULIE!! We really wouldn’t have been able to find the best one without you!!

So, if you ever need laptop help...ask Paulie!! He is a wiz!!

Ok...so that is all I got for now...

Love

Sounds like you've been busy! With getting hurt and all. I DID think it was funny that you got hurt by a rake, but I DIDN'T think it was funny that you got hurt, it was just that it was by the rake. Bad rake!

And the reason my brother cooks is because I'm a sorry excuse for a girl. I can cook some things, like home-made stew and baked chicken and easy stuff like that, but when it comes to everyday cooking (like putting the whole meal together without burning it) I stink. I'm a bad girl!! I can clean and sew and stuff, just not cook. And I CAN bake though, so I'm not all that bad.

I'm glad you liked my post about my brothers, I love those crazy guys! And yes, Ian8 is my younger brother. And sadly no, my other brothers will not be getting blogs, they think it's "not cool" to have a place to post your thoughts. They can be so weird at times!

Caleb...and a Hobbit Sighting
Published on March 14, 2007 at 9:34 PM

This Article was published in Daily bloggings of a 17 year old Girl on her way to becoming a Woman of God

OK.....so you all showed interest in a post about Caleb. Here is some things I LOVE about him!!
Lately, he has been really sweet on me...loving on me, letting me hold him alot, and rocking him to sleep.
One of his new fav things to do is, sit on my back, click his tongue, and bounces up and down. Can you guess what he is doing?? Right, acting like I’m his horse!! It is so funny. Then I will get up and crawl around with him on my back. He loves it.
He also loves going to the goat/horse barn!! If I say I am going down there, he will run and get his coat, shoes, and hat, and bring them to me to put on him, so he can go. Occasionally I do take him. It has been REALLY warm this week, so he has gotten to go more.
When we pray, he always bows his head by laying his forehead on whatever we are praying by...i.e. table, couch, bed. It is so cute!!
At nite, when everyone is dead tired and he is full of energy, I usually calm him down by singing to him. He loves the Nest Family Entertainment movies, so I try to remember them and sing them to him. I usually have to repeat the same part over, b/c I don’t know all the song.
He likes going to the store with me. We get to play with the windows when we don't go in.
It has really been nice growing closer to him. When he was born, I was in big trouble, almost ran away, I wanted nothing to do with him, so I wouldn’t get attached b/c I wasn‘t staying there. I didn’t really start doing things or getting to know him til he was about 8mon. old. I regret it so much....I missed his entire babyhood. I sometimes cry b/c of it.
I am so thankful that I was given another chance to help him, and watch him grow. He is about to hit 2yo, and I am so happy I am here to see it!! I know that I can help him grow to be the boy he is supposed to be.

Ok...so since this week was soo nice...there was a Hobbit sighting here at The Daily Planet!! I know...weird huh?? But I got pics of it.... Hobbit 1, Hobbit 2, Hobbit 3.
LOLOLOLOLOLOL!! I just had to take pics of her, when I saw what she had become!! So she thinks she is an elf, but acts like a hobbit?!?! No....she is really cool and sweet and awesome and cute and Elvish and Hobbitish and very I need in a sister!! I love having a sister so close in age to me, b/c if I didn’t have her I would be really really lonely!! Even with her crazy ideas...i.e. naming her kids Frodo, Samwise, Eowyn, Arwen, Galadriel...etc..., making cloaks, and LOTR dresses, thinking she is a fair Elf and Hobbit.
All those aside she is so great!! Even if she gets more comments than Mrs. Suarez, and Mrs. IG, and me, and Mom put together!!
So that being said.....just b/c I did this post about her doesn’t mean you need to go over and leave her loads of comments!! She has plenty!! Instead leave them here!! I only have 1051 comments to get before I meet her total comments now!! I know it is pathetic!!
    So enough with my whining!!
I got my HomesteadBlog....I named it “SuperHorseSteader”. That was got the most votes...I actually thought about naming it “SuperAngel’s Horses”, so everyone would know who I am...But then I thought that if it has Super in the name you should all guess that it was me...so if you have a homestead blog and want to be my friend, LMK...and I will add you!!

God Bless and Keep You and Yours!! Take Care!!
Love

Hello Amanda,
Thank you for visiting my realm…it was fun to hear from you.
I loved reading your post…the hobbit part was cute...and it was fun to hear about your little brother.
Oh, goodness….
I certainly am not mad at you for any reason.

I apologize that I have not commented for so long…I have been reading your posts! I just am not very good about commenting... I’m getting better though :) Part of it is I have a very slow internet connection and it takes forever just to log in to my blog.
I hope your horses are doing well…
Have a wonderful day!

Sincerely,
Amanda Brielle

Caleb sounds like a cool little brother! I am glad your horses are better.
My blogg is called "The Long Road to Australia" because I'm going over there for college in about 3 years to study marine biology! And, also, that's all I could think of at the time!
My last post is about all my confusion. Nothing more, I guess it showed. LOL
Thanks for stopping by.

Oh, she is too funny! Love the Hobbit outfit! She looks just like one, too. You should copy and paste her into a picture with Frodo or something. That would be hysterical!
I'll have to check out your homestead blog. I don't have one there though.
Caleb sounds like such a sweetheart. Can I have him? :)

A Dream Come True
Published on February 14, 2007 at 3:27 PM

This Article was published in Daily bloggings of a 17 year old Girl on her way to becoming a Woman of God

Yes, this weekend was a dream come true!! It was more than words can describe. It was so awesome!!

Jocelyn and Mom have all posted what happened when we were in TN, but here is my version. It is really LONG!! It think it is the longest ever!! I know this is extremely long, but please take the time and read it!! I checked and it is 2582 words long!!

First, before I get to the details I wanted to tell you that I don’t have pics to post. Our camera’s batteries were dead. But Mrs. Ig said that when she gets all the pics together from the 5 different people who took pics, she is going to send a disc with them. So I will be posting pics as soon as I have them. Below I did post who posted about the event and who has some pics.

Thursday nite, after SMALLVILLE, we finished packing, and getting everything done. We went to bed around 3:30am. So needless to say we didn’t get to leave when we wanted. We left home around 9:30am. We didn’t get to Indy before we had to stop for a bathroom break and some snacks and drinks. Then we got back on the road we tried to drive as far as we could, but it was only a short time before the Littles needed to stop again. We didn’t get out of IN til late afternoon.

We stopped in KY, I think, for another break. That was the last stop Mom said she was making til we got there. Once we hit KY, every 10 min. Eric and Hannah asked "are we in TN" or "are we there yet?" So we kinda banned them from talking for awhile. Our plan of keeping them awake the nite before, so they would sleep the way down there, didn’t work. The only one who was sleeping most of the time was Caleb. He actually never woke up that morning. We got him dressed and in the van and he didn’t wake up. Isaac didn’t fall asleep til we were almost to TN.

We got to Morristown a little after 8pm. We met Coie and Ryann at a gas station, so they could take us to their house. We got there and got acquainted with everyone, then had some really good spaghetti Mrs. Ig had made. I think she said the sauce had some of her really expensive butternut squash in it. I really liked it and it was nice to have some home cooking when we got there after eating junk on the way down!!

After we ate, Bobo and Eric unloaded the van for us. It was really nice to have them do that, so we didn’t have too. Thanks Bobo!! All of the Ig guys were helpful and considerate!! Mr. Ig was so funny and nice.

When we finally figured out where everyone was sleeping, Coie, Ryann, Jocelyn, Rachel, Emmiko, and I played Taboo. When we realized how late it was we decided it was time to rest. So we got ready for bed and figured out when we were getting up. Coie was getting up around like 6am, so she asked if I wanted her to get me up. I said yes, but if I didn’t get up, she was supposed to get me up when she got out of the shower around 6:30am. I was still sleeping when she got out. I guess my body can’t live on 6 hours of sleep. So I dragged myself off the couch, and when I went in the kitchen, Coie was making coffee. Had a couple cups to wake me up and a really good cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese.

While we were waiting for the curlers to warm, I put my makeup on and Coie took some of my sibs to see Belle, Golly, and Gee. By the time they came back in, the rollers were hot and I was finished.

Then Coie took my hair and did a B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L updo with it. Then she went and got herself ready while I helped get our Littles ready.

Coie was so gorgeous!! I thought that she was the prettiest girl there. Especially when she took her hair out and it was bouncing around her face as she was dancing!!

We left the Ig’s about 10:20am, and went and met the Black's to show them how to get to the place. It took about an hour to get to the hall.

When we arrived a lady named Mrs. Peterson and her daughters were there setting up some really pretty decorations on the table and the Burgraff’s were there also helping. After that we kinda just waited for everyone to get there.

When most everyone was there, we met a lot of bloggers, and had a good time of fellowship. We ate and then we had a really neat presentation from the Black’s. It was very interesting and uplifting to hear about their work in Ethiopia. After that, we played a game and then came the best part: the DANCING!!

Before we came I had asked Coie if there would be have to be guy/girl couples or if it could be girl/girl couples. She said no, you could dance with a girl. I was really relieved and so was Jocelyn. Didn’t really care for the idea of having to dance with guys I didn’t know. So when it was time to dance and the caller said that the couples had to be guy/girl, I was a little worried. So Jocelyn, Shaiya, Rachel and I, all went and stood over by our table. We didn’t get to dance the first dances due to the fact that we weren’t asked. Those looked like fun too. I was kinda disappointed that I didn’t get to dance those.

So by the third dance, which was the Virginia Reel, Jocelyn was asked by Timothy Estabrooks, and Shaiya had been asked and Rachel had been asked (but politely declined), so I was standing there alone. Then Mrs. Badgley went over to a group of guys and told them that where was a young lady standing over there who would like to dance and if someone asked her she would accept. So a friend of the Ig’s came over and asked me to dance. It was the Virginia Reel and it was hard to get at first.

I didn’t dance the next one because I didn’t have a partner and wasn’t sure if I wanted to dance cause the VR was so hard. The third one Timothy asked me to, and I danced pretty much the rest.

The dances were really nice cause they didn’t stay with one partner. I thought that was pretty cool cause then you got to meet everyone. You went around and danced with everyone, but then you ended up with you’re original partner.

We did the Virginia Reel twice and the second time was much better I knew what I was doing and my partner wasn’t too bad either. It was more fun the second time around!!

Some of my partners, besides Timothy, were Levi, Luke, and Paulie Suarez, Coie, and some guys I didn’t know. I think I danced the most with Levi. He was pretty good too. I was glad that I got to dance with someone I knew!!

I have to apologize to my partners because even though it was proper etiquette I didn’t look at them very much. I was still a little shy and flushed. I hope that all my partners didn’t think me rude due to that fact.

After we finished with the initial party, we got to dance some Scottish dances. Those were a bit easier to do.

We got finished around like 7pm, I think. When everyone was loaded up, we went to get gas, and realized that Eric had forgotten his coat, so we had to trek back to the hall and get it.

We got back to the Ig’s around 8:30pm. Mrs. Suarez made wonderful Mexican dinner for us. YUM!! It was really good. We got to fellowship for just a bit, and then everyone had to leave.

We went to bed pretty early on Saturday nite, well we got in bed early, we didn’t fall asleep so soon though. Coie, Jocelyn and I talked about the dance for like an hour after Coie declared that if anyone asked her a question, she would not answer it because she was sleeping. It was nice to be able to do that, even though we were really worn out from Saturday.

We didn’t get up very early on Sunday. That was nice. I think we got up around 9am and then Mrs. Ig had Coie run to the store for some things, and I got to go with her. We had a good time.

I was so very happy and privileged to be a part of their home church on Sunday. It was such a wonderful time. Mr. Suarez did a wonderful job. I really liked being able to hear his "preaching". He had so many good points. I think my favorite part of the service was the music, aside from the solo Mrs. Ig

When service was over, Paulie gave me some good info on what kind of laptop we should get. It was really nice that he knew what would be best. Luke and Jocelyn were playing chess while we were talking. She had already beaten Levi. I’m telling you she is unstoppable!!

It was really nice to be able to talk to all the Suarez guys and Shaiya and Coie. We stood around for a couple hours just talking about everything and anything. Then we went to see the goats and stood around talking more. It was wonderful that all of us were so like-minded, well, except for the cloth diaper conversation, in what we were talking about, cause it is hard to find people like that.

Levi tried to get me to play foosball with him as a team. But Paulie and I were talking and he ended up pretty much winning on his own against Eric. He didn’t want to play after awhile, cause I was making us lose. LOL!!

Then around like 4pm, we were standing out there talking about the next barn dance, which I am so coming to, even if I have to walk!! When we realized what time it was, and then saw Luke carrying some of our luggage out. I was hoping we wouldn’t leave til Monday, but then Mom said we had to leave, so I was really bummed. I could have stay forever!!

I was about ready to cry when we left, cause I didn’t want to leave. I had such an awesome time. So when we had to leave around 5:30pm, we loaded up and Coie and Paulie showed us the way out. It was sad to see them keeping going while we turned onto the highway. I hope Paulie didn’t hurt himself. He practically jumped out the window to wave bye!!

Oh yeah, the entire time we were there, Caleb was with his new friend, Paulie, well when he was at the Ig’s and at the beginning of the ball. Paulie danced a lot at the ball, so he didn’t have Caleb then. Paulie had sort of tricked Caleb in to liking him. He gave him his cell phone and Caleb just stayed with Paulie. When we got back to Ig’s, Paulie found Caleb before we had our coats off and had him most of the nite. He had him til Caleb’s diaper leaked on him and he had to change. While he was changing and Caleb had been changed, Caleb went out to the living room and saw that Paulie wasn’t there he started crying and saying "Pau". He wanted Paulie to hold him and play with him. It was so cute. Then when they came over on Sunday, Paulie had him from the time he came in til it was time for their service. Paulie had had us do. I really liked all the songs that we sang. played with the chess pieces and they were building towers. It was precious. During service, Caleb went to Mom and fell asleep. So Paulie was free for a couple hours.

It was really nice and wonderful to have so many "gentlemen" down there. I don’t know if I had to open a door once. Whenever I was about ready to open one, it was open and ready for me to pass. It was so sweet. And I was always being asked if I needed anything. It was so great!! I could definitely get used to having "gentlemen" around!! There are too many of those around here and if there are they are older.

I also was happy that I was allowed to help with dishes, serving lunch, and cleaning up. Usually when you go to someone’s house they don’t let you help. It was really nice that Mrs. Ig and Mrs. Suarez had jobs for me. Thanks!!

I liked it that Julia and Emmiko loved taking the Littles and going and playing with them. Julia just loved playing with Isaac. And Emmiko always had a Little one on her hip as well as Ryann.

We got to meet quite a few bloggers, so that was pretty neat!! Here are some of the bloggers we got to meet besides those above mentioned: Mrs. R, SamIAm, PianoSteve, AnyaChristine, Austins. I think that is all I got to meet. I know Mom got to meet more than that; she posted everyone she got to meet. But I was to busy having so much fun dancing the day away!!

Here are some blogs that have blogged about the party:

Mrs. R (She has pics)

Timothy

Mrs. IG (She has pics)

Paulie

Jocelyn

Mom

The Austins (They have pics too)

Rachel

Well I still cannot find the best words to describe my time in TN, but it was more than I expected. It was the best weekend of my life so far!!

I really hope we can go to the barn dance in October. That is the next thing on my prayer list that Dad will want to go to the barn dance in Virginia!! I am thinking about whether I want to dress up or not for the barn dance. I am waiting to see what Coie is doing. If we go hopefully I will get to dance more, like EVERY dance!! Now that I danced I wish I had danced more on Saturday. I wish I had gone out and stood where it looked like I wanted to dance, but I don’t do those sort of things by myself and Jocelyn and Shaiya wouldn’t go and stand out there with me.

I have come to the conclusion that I want to move to TN. Yes, I am now a TN lover!! One of my fav parts of being down there, was all the animals everywhere and land all over!! Oh, there was this one road sign that I wanted to take with me. It had a person on a horse. It was a horse crossing sign and I just loved it. I will have to get one of those.

I am so grateful to the Ig’s and Suarez’s for everything!! I can’t wait to see each one of you again!!

God Bless and Keep You and Yours!! Take Care
Love

Hey, I pretty much read the whole thing. :P

You don't need to worry about not looking at your partner much. I honestly didn't notice anyway. And it would be worse to look at your partner too much, 'cause that's uncomfortable.

If I had been more brave, you wouldn't have missed any dances, 'cause I was thinking about asking one of you for the very first dance. But I didn't muster the courage until later. :P
