You know, I really should be careful what I wish for.  We decided to put our house on the market this week.  My best friend came over 3 times this week (Steph, I love you SOOOO MUCH) and we cleaned it from top to bottom to get it ready for showings.  The realtor came over Thursday night to do all the paperwork, showed it for the first time yesterday, and we accepted an offer today.  Now I'm homeless.  LOL  We didn't even get a chance to put a for sale sign in the yard.  So.....needless to say I'll be busy house hunting and signing my life away on another mortgage.   Wish me luck.

Do you believe that happened to us. We put the house on the market on a Sat. They called Sunday to show it, but we said they had to come Monday. On Monday we had 2 showings and two offers. We never got a sign either. We were literally homeless with 5 children and I was pregnant. We stayed in a hotel a month and at my moms a few weeks until we decided to rent. We're still in the rental property 1 1/2 years later.

Congratulations! What a wonderful little blessing to sell right away. Not the norm for selling anything these days, but sure works, doesn't it? Hope you enjoy the house hunt!
