Susie-Q&A

• Mar. 14, 2006 - Q. Who Says It's Not Easy Being Green?

Fresh out of clever titles today, as you can see.

Today was Green Day.

We dressed in green (or the closest approximation we had):

We read Green Eggs and Ham.  If I had a personal photographer I could show you a picture of that, but I was the one reading.  Oh yes, and Pudge was having his lunch during that time too.

I wrapped Pudge in a green (and blue) baby wrap using the first tie shown at this link:

We had green eggs for lunch:

Fresh outta ham, but I did make green butter for the toast.

After lunch, we made green flubber (a polymer, for you scientific-minded ones):

They missed the instruction to "gently lift and turn" so it turned out more like very rubbery scrambled eggs.  But they had fun with it anyway.

Look!  You can make it into a ball!  Kinda.  And it bounces!  Sorta.

Now "we" are watching a video while mommy blogs.  Pudge is still sleeping in the wrap but is showing signs of being rumbly in his tumbly again.

We also ran an errand to the next town just before lunch.  DH is due home before long.  Later!
