Susie-Q&A

• Feb. 2, 2007 - Graduating to Camping Beds

Since we moved here last August, the girls have slept on the floor because their bed has not yet arrived.  Our relatives have graciously given us one, but we have yet to find a free weekend with decent enough weather to pick it up.

My sister-in-law could not bear the thought of their having to rough it, took pity on them and ordered a couple of airbeds to get them off the floor.  Of course, after the beds arrived, they sat in the box for a while as I waited for the budget to free up enough to buy all the batteries I needed to run the pump.  (Going to a cash-only grocery budget is great discipline, but it does require one to prioritize.)

So FINALLY, here are the girls' new beds, complete with thrift-store-purchased sheets!  :)  This one is for my SIL, who has been patiently waiting for me to get these set up.

Here they are with freshly laundered comforters:

They are large enough to allow Mopsy to sleep with Bug, so all the girls are nice and comfy now.  They spent a lovely night last night dreaming away, to hear them tell it, including Mopsy.
