Susie-Q&A

• May. 8, 2007 - Click the Little Green Arrow

I have a new playlist up.  It's All Worship, All the Time.  UPDATE:  Well, bother it all, the playlist fails to load, but you can still try because sometimes it works.  It's the playlist susq15 3, under my user profile.  Well, here's a link, if I can't get it to work.

I have another that is all hymns.  These were created "educational" purposes, actually, to aid our devotions in the mornings, since the guitar is kaput.  I needed a repertoire to pull from, because I can never think of a worship song or hymn on the spot and I don't want to sing the same ones over and over.  I thought:  prayer, a worship song, a hymn and a Bible story from Egermeier's.  We were reading from Leviticus, but their eyes were glazing over, so DH advised me to stop.

I think tomorrow we'll get out, either to the park or to the library, or both.  I'll be checking out a Sonlight read-aloud.  We started On the Banks of Plum Creek today.  Amid groans, believe it or not.  Some were up for it, others were not, but when I suggested an alternative of "quiet time reading on your own bed" the dissenters changed their minds.  I am not above using my power for good.

Now, the playroom is (mostly) clean, dinner is ready, Daddy has yet to appear (??? usually he's early), and I am contemplating an early bedtime for everybody but me.  I need some to do some non-electronic Slacking.

I like your category of "non-electronic slacking" and hope you got some time in.

I'm having fun playing with your music thing... I may need to get one myself. Very nice. :)
