Susie-Q&A • Jan. 9, 2008 - Notate Bene My Hotmail account is on the blink.  So, if you've e-mailed and haven't heard from me, now you know why.  Apparently, they don't have a help line, either.  I sent a bug report, but you don't get personal responses on those.
