Our trip to Ft. Lauderdale was fun...

I have been busy doing all kinds of things

as usual and had no time to blog or post

pictures of our trip utnil now... :)

The drive was not too bad and the weather

was beautiful as usual...   =)

We all enjoyed the museum and the 3-D

IMAX movie about the "Deep Sea" it was

educational and entertaining too... :)

We also loved visiting Bob Coy's church,

we stopped by to check out the church on

Friday afternoon and took a tour on our own..

it was very nice and big too... LOL

Then we decided to eat at the little coffeehouse

 that is on the campus and the food was good, the

atmosphere wonderful... :)

Miami was your typical big city, kind of like

California, so we felt right at home... LOL

We did some shopping and exploring too..

Then on  Sunday we went to Bob's church

and enjoyed his sermon... He sure knows

how to teach the Bible... :)

There is nothing better for me than to listen

to an amazing Pastor -> Teach the Bible... :)

I wish we lived closer to hear him more often...

Even though it was a fun visit, we are glad

to be home.... :)

I like the coffee shop it looks artistic and you guys fit right in. Miami would make my hubby uncomfortable but I would enjoy a tour of it. I love big cities and the different cultures. I finally let Amanda horeback ride at the delapated stable in Daytona as no one else does trail rides. She learned that they do not take care of their horses and the one she got was mad at the saddle and the horse was trying to bite the guide because of it. The horse misbehaved the whole time and they did nothing about it. My dd is great with horses but she could not stop this one from a full blown run. She was scared. She is also saddle sore. Next time I need to try the Deland stable, have you had a chance to go there yet?

Hi Suzie,

Wow, I've missed reading your blog! It sounds like you are having a fabulous summer. We've been so busy. I haven't even started planning school. I haven't even cleaned out last year's stuff tomake room for this years, so we have piles everywhere LOL.

Ft lauderdale has a great beach. We love going the beach when we are down there. The beaches are great between there and West Palm Beach.
