Wrapping up Summer....

As the summer fun comes to an end so will my free

time…Well its all part of life… J

It has been a fun summer full of new discoveries

and fun with friends.. J

Today I reviewed my daughters Bible Curriculum

and it’s really good they are starting with Genesis..

That is really exciting to me since I love to read the

Bible beginning to end…That is how God always

speaks to my heart and keeps me on track…  J

Even though next week will be a busy week and

year I know God will be faithful and help me to

teach, guide and instruct my children so that

some day they will impact this world for His

Glory… =)

Hope you all are having a good week…

****Suzie**** =)

This is the moth my daughter found on our porch...

I see some familiar stamps. Your cards look great. Isn't it fun to create a special card for the people we love. What bible curr. are you using with your dd? My dd is 7th Grade and the Catholic community isn't offering the historical part that I am looking for. Reading straight from the Bible is fine but I don't think the kids can understand it completely so a guide would be good for them. Is the weather still beautiful there? I miss Fl.

Aug. 25, 2006 - Thanks for the information

I use Abeka for my kids English and spelling, I didn't see their Bible curriculum, but maybe I didn't look hard enough. My Bible is a revised standard version from Ignatius Press, Catholic edition. It is a clean paged reading Bible. For a study with my teen I used a Catholic Teen Handbook Bible. It added footnotes and prayers into the scriptures. My other kids are still to young for that one so I was looking for something simplier. I will check out Abeka's thanks for the info.
