We don’t celebrate Halloween in

or home.  We are the house with

no lights on, because I don’t want

to encourage it…

Instead we have candy

all over the house in bowls and

Imake home made pizza on the 31^st

I also make them smore carmel

apples for dessert..…. J

I also tend to read to them what

Halloween really stood for and

remind them why I chose to make

my stand against it…

The funny thing is they both

don’t care about it since they

get the candy they like and

don’t have to beg for it… J

I have the same feelings and a few years we skipped it. I told the kids about praying for the dead and the saints and that is what is should be about. Then we were invited to Halloween parties in FL and they trick or treated for 1 hour and that was good enough, tonight is church.
