I am SEW done!I think I'm finished!I have been stitching up Christmas gifts, and I believe I'm finally finished. No photos today - ask me after Christmas for those.... I love hand made Christmas gifts. There is just something so special about giving someone a gift that I've made myself - saying "I love you so much that I've spent time and energy to make you a gift". My mother used to sew things for me (and my dolls) as a child, and I loved receiving the things she had made - especially for me. My Grandmother knit gifts for us (usually sweaters) and they were so special, too. My children love when I make things for them - it seems that they have the same "love language" as I do. I'm so excited to wrap them up and give them away! Oh, my daughter asked me to sew her something pink for her dolly today, so I will share that...
