The Stars

Is it important to study the stars?  Why or why not?  what's your favorite part of the night sky?

 I think it's important to study the stars because sometimes they can tell you what the future will hold.  sometimes it's just a very pretty site to look at them.  Some of the planets look like stars, but they're colored. 

Big Mac and I discovered a constellation.  You know the big dipper and the little dipper?  Well, we discovered the mini-dipper.  There's a clearing around it but you can see it pretty well.  Now we live in Pennsylvania, so it might be hard for people in New York or California to see it.  And our constellation is my favorite part about the night sky.

Sleeping

What are your sleep habits?  Are there rules about when you have to go to bed?  Where's your favorite place to sleep besides your own bed?

 My sleep habbits: I lay under two thick covers with the fan on ..........  on my face.  We usaily go to bed arround nine  and my favorit place to sleep is at a hotel its so soft and you can look forward to swimming in the pool the next day.

My brother

How many children are in your family?  Tell a little  something about your brothers and sisters.  If you don't have any brothers or sisters, write about how it feels to be an only child.

 My brother is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!! I look up to him evin when I make him mad hes the best in the world.  We have have been together my whole life the first he said to me was: Hi walker.  And weve been sole mates ever since

Jobs

If you could have any job you want, what would it be?  Don't worry about how much money you'd make, how many years you would have to go to school, or whether you'd have the right talents and skills.  Would you be a concert pianist, a mountain climber, a bridge designer?  Tell why you'd choose your job.

I would choose a policeman.  I know it's kind of a silly thing for a 10-year-old boy to want.  But I just think it would be cool to be able to carry around a gun, and help people stop crimes.  And do it without having to risk getting severely hurt.  To have a badge and to wear one of those navy blue suits would be a very cool thing for me.  Let me explain something first, in my house, my parents call me "Justice-boy."  That's just basically what I am.  I like to help people.  And I go by the rules.  Sometimes I don't but a lot of times I do.

A Poem in honor of William Shakespeare's Birthday

This is a poem about my brother and I:

Another day gone, another day done

And now it's time to have some fun.

Sometimes we stare danger and fear

Straight in their faces

Sometimes we're in the wrong places.

We look for fun everywhere

But really, it's always right there.

Earth day

Today I will talk about things that are recycleable.  Paper: cups, plates ect.  Plastic: bottles , containers and dvd cases.  cardboard every thing card board.  Foam flat out foam!!!  I gess I am done.........

Write about the things your family throws away.  What sort of things go in the garbage?  What things get recycled?  Is there anything that gets thrown away that could be reused or recycled instead?  What are some things you could avoid using in the first place?

A few things we do to help the environment is, we take paper and burn that.  And another way, we take apple cores, banana peels, onion wrappers, basically stuff like that, and we put it into this thing called the compost.  How the compost works is you take it outside and you put it on this big heap of egg shells and things and it decomposes into dirt eventually.  It takes a very long time, but it eventually turns into dirt.  You can use that type of stuff for planting flower gardens and vegetable gardens.  It's a very good way to help the environment and you don't have to buy those fancy potting soils that you get at the super market!

something we could do without is paper plates.  We could just use our re-usable metal ones.  That way we wouldn't have to use so much garbage. 

We throw away some plastic, not much, but some.  That could really be recycled.  We burn cardboard.  That could be recycled.  And we sometimes do foam.  That could be recycled too.

Tell about something that took longer than expected.

Alright.  Let's get this rolling.  I'm going to tell you about a game I played that was very hard.  In Super Smash Bros. Brawl, I keep trying to do a boss battle as Fox or Falco to unlock a character called Wolf.  You have to do this battle as Fox or Falco but it's really hard if you don't play as them a lot, because then you don't know their move sets or their fighting styles.  You can get past the first 9 bosses, but then there's Tabu.  He's the worst boss ever.  He owns, all the power in the universe.  And he's, like, impossible to beat.  You get him down to about an inch of his life left but then he uses this really strong attack that blows you away.  And you only get one life!  anyway, it's very hard to do and I'm still working on it.

Color Luigi

This is the colored version of my picture.  I drew this and colored it myself.  So, that's the finished product.  I hope you enjoy it!

I drew this all by myself.  Now there's a color one I'm going to post later.  But I copied this off a Mario picture and just added some touchups to make it Luigi.  Now right now, like I've said for the past five blogs or so, I'm in a Mario craze.  So I just kind of sat down today and drew this during my brother's drawing lessons.  He said, I shoudl try to copy something off-line, so I did.  I think it came out really well.

disaster!

Pretend you are involved in some type of disaster.  You'll not be hurt, but you can only take one thing with you, something you can carry on your own.  What will you take and why?

I would take my stuffed animal, "Peanutbutter."  Nothing seems quite as scary when he's around.  Because you just have this secure feeling if you have something or someone near whenever something bad is happening.  I've never really had a time like that, but from other people's experiences, I think that would be good.  The reason I chose this is because I couldn't carry my brother or my mom or my dad.  I can't lift them!  I can barely lift 100 pounds!  Anyway, that's the reason I chose Peanutbutter.  A very good friend who doesn't disagree with anything I say!

Well first of all I play out side to keep healthey( theres not much els to do).  I eat lots of good food like bananas apples and pairs I do lots of things

All right first if any of you have new super mario bros I will tell you how to play as Luigi.  Hold the left trigger and the right trigger and press a at the profile screen. Any way my mom is making me a Luigi hat.  I am very excited. And now I am going to list the bosses world one. Bowser. World 2. worm catcus. world 3. gaint fish. World4. gaint goomba. World5. flying flower. World 6. mole tank. World 7. blacky thunder. world 8 dry bowser. Final boss. bowser and bowser jr.  This has been a nother blog by tbone

Some book covers have descriptions of what happens inside the book.  Because there isn't much space on a book cover, these descriptions are told in just a few words.  Think of your favorite book or story and write a "book cover" for it.

Do you think April Fool's pranks and jokes are funny?  Why or why not?

Yes beacuse you can prank any one.

Write about what you'd do if you thought you were being treated unfairly, either at home or at school.  How would you make your voice heard?  How would you argue your case?  How would you get support for your cause from others?

First, I would tell the teachers how I'm being mistreated.  They might take action, and yet they might not.  If they didn't, I would rally my friends to help me.  I would gather them at recess time and tell them how I was being mistreated.  Judging by how good of friends I have, they would help me.  They would help me resolve my bully problem by petitioning against bullying in the school.  Like I said, I would get a petition.  It's a piece of paper with a lot of signatures.  I would get the teachers and the principal to sign it as well as all the kids who got bullied during the school year.  I would argue my case by saying, "Look at all these people that I had signed down that are either against bullying or being bullied.  We don't want this to continue for the rest of the elementary school.  And even in high school or middle school you are being bullied.  So I think in general we should eliminate bullying from this entire school."

Describe your favorite thing to write or sketch with a pencil.

 sometimes I just draw random things.  but I'm kind of on a Mario craze right now.  So I usually like to draw Goombas, which are Mario's enemies.  Mario defeating Bowser.  Luigi, which is Mario's brother.  And just all this stuff Mario.  So I've been practising a lot of drawing lately.  the reason I like to draw this stuff is because I just think it's cool.  I mean, if you didn't know about Mario, would you know what a Goomba was?  I think fiction is one of the best things out there.  It's just a story that someone wrote once and it basically became famous.  If you don't know about Mario yet, you should really look it up on-line or something.  It's very cool.  You could look up New Super Mario Bros., Luigi.  Everything's just awesome. 

And now for something off-topic.  One of the sports I enjoy most is baseball.  Post a comment or send me a private message of what one of your favoirte sports is.

The Star Trek series has many fans who call themselves "Trekkers" or "Trekkies."  Each Trekker has his or her own favorite episode or character fro the original television series, one of the later series or one of the movies.  Write about your favorite Star Trek episode or character.  If you don't know about (or don't like) Star Trek, write about another science fiction story or character.

 Even though he turns bad, my favorite character in Star Wars is Anniken Skywalker.  Now, the reason I'm doing star wars is because I haven't really seen Star Trek yet.  Anniken Skywalker is a pretty dark person, but that's not the reason I like him.  The reason I like him is because he has a unique fighting style.  He kind of does things his own way.  He has a really cool lightsaber.  His clothes are really sleek.  And they look almost like leather.  His force powers are really awesome and he's not afraid to get his hands dirty.  What that means is that he's not afraid to fight.  His master is awesome.  That's another reason I like him.  He takes chances.  He makes mistakes a lot but he's just an all-around cool character.

Many people have talked about adding another face to the four already on Mt. Rushmore.  If it were up to you, to make the decision who's face would you add and why?

 I would add Luigi's face.  You know, the one from Super Mario Bros.  I would add Luigi's face because he is really really cool.  He's cool because he defeats Bowser.  He and Mario defeat Bowser, gumbas, copas.  If you don't know what a copa is, it is basically a turtle that walks on two legs and wears sneakers.  These things are not of our world and it is just interestiing to see how they defeat them.  If you want to know how they kill them, I'll tell you.  They just jump on them.  For the copas, they turn into the shell and you can lift the shell or kick the shell.  if you lift the shell you can carry it around the level until you throw it at something or bump it inot another object.  If you kick the shell it just shoots across the level until you can't see it any more on the screen. 

Luigi deserves to be on Mt. Rushmore because he has saved a lot of people a lot of times.
