What's your favorite way to travel?  Describe it, then tell why you like to travel that way.

It's 5 AM.  I wake up just as we're about to go on vacation.  I get dressed, get all my things together and get in our van.  Now I hate it when my family says we're going to leave when it's dark out.  But then they stall long enough that it's dawn when we get out in the car.  But not this time.  This time, they got up, got all their things together and came out with me.  They were pretty astonished that I was already out there.  And you know what I said that made them go back inside?  "What's for breakfast?"  So, we all started getting stuff ready for breakfast.  After we got breakfast ready, it was already 5:30!  So we all rushed to the car and started driving.  After a little bit, I was getting hungry, so we all broke into our egg and sausage sandwiches.  Now eatting and driving in the dark is my super-favorite thing.  When we finally got to Minnesota, it was Friday.   We had left on Wednesday.  We had to stop for a lot of bathroom breaks.  While we were driving, Big Mac and I played DS download on my Mario game.  We sketched and played some games in the car like cards and all sorts of stuff.  And I did a few of my best card tricks.  When we finally got there we crashed at our resort.  Well, our mom and dad crashed, but Big Mac and I, after we unpacked, headed straight for the water.  Now here's the deal with us and water, we're basically unseparable.  We can't stay away from it for the whole summer.  Back at our house, we went crayfishing as soon as we got home.  Now for those of you who don't know what crayfish are, they're like miniature lobsters.  And you can boil them and serve them up with Old Bay.  That's a type of spice.  Anyway, we were so happy to be home.  And the rest of the year was great.

To boycott something today means to have nothing to do with it.  For most people, it means not buying certain products, or products made by certain companies.  In the past, people have boycotted grapes and other foods because they weren't picked by union workers.  What are your views on boycotting?  When is boycotting a good thing to do, and when is it not?  Have you ever taken part in a boycott?  If so, what did you boycott and why?

 I don't know if I've ever boycotted.  I mean, I've told my brother, "I won't do this for you unless I get something out of it."  But that's not boycotting.

My outlooks on boycotting are sometimes reasonable and sometimes not.  A good time to boycott is if a company is getting money from a bad bad place.  A bad time to boycott is if you hear a rumor about something and you THINK they're getting money from a bad place.

And now something completely off topic.  If you're jonesing to go out to eat, don't go to McDonald's or Burger King because they have fatty foods and deep fried stuff.  If you want to go somewhere good to eat, go to SubWay.  You can get a foot-long sub to eat at a pretty decent price.

Telaphone

How would your life be changed if you had no telephone access?  How would you communicate with friends?  Would this method be better than using the telephone in any way?

My life would change alot its nuts my friends call my prety oftin!Any way I couldent call my friends at all......  but I could send letters!  It would save electtricity too!!!!!  I couldent talk to my dad when hes gone,  I couldent schedule doctors visits, schedule play dates or call my mom when shes on a trip! and now something thats way off topic.  We are having a pasta bar tonight I cant wait!

Would you like to be the first to do something?  How do you think being the first would feel?  What specific thing would you like to be the first to do?

I would be the first 10 year old to be a hipnosis master.  I think being the first to do this would be so awsome I COULD BEND OTHER PEOPLE TO DO MY WILL!!!!!!!  Any way thats what I would do.

Sleep

Do you get eight hours of sleep every night?  if not, what are your sleeping habits and why?

I get eight hours of sleep most every night.  Sometimes way more than eight.  Wednesday's is pretty much the only day I get to get a lot of sleep.  Because we have a lot of TV shows on there's Heroes, Survivor, Biggest Loser.  On Friday's I get to sleep-in.  On Sunday's there's this thing called the Amazing Race.  And on Saturdays we have to get up pretty early to go and shoot archery.  And then usually there's a grocery shoot, which keeps you up until 10.  Some of my sleeping habits are:  sleeping on my stomach, sleeping with three pillows, and three blankets.  I get up around 7:30-8:00 AM.  I'm an early bird just like my dad.  Before I go to sleep I like to read and think about all the things that happened during the day.  And even when something bad happened during the day I resolve it in my head. 

My favorite breakfast is dippy eggs and toast.  Actually it's any kind of egg and toast.  I get this on Saturday's, Sundays, and SOMETIMES Mondays, but not usually.  I get eggs on Saturdays and Sundays because my Dads home and pretty much, between you and me, he's the better egg cook.

Parents in Education

One of the goals of the National PTA is to encourage parents to get involved in their children's schools.  Think of some new ways your parents or caregivers could be a part of your education.  Write about your ideas.

 What kind of question is that we're all home schoolers arent we!?!  Any way the perents teach every thing right?  Our parents teach things like math, civil war studies, spelling, copy work and even this blog. So thats how parents get involved.

Today is very windy its insane!!  Anyway we tryed alot of kites none worked it was fun but very cold then we created a wind sock.  And we hung 4 lids around the house with sticky stuf in them and we are going to see what the wind blew.  Then we learned about the wind.

What else would you like to know about Nelson Mandela?  Pretend you have a chance to interview him.  Write down at least five questions you'd like to ask.

If you could get special help with an exam, which exam would it be?  What kind of help would you ask for?

 I would ask for help with a math exam.  I would want all the ansers ever!  Then I would pass EVERYTHING!!!!

       My famly has to worry about the weather beacuse if its to icy we cant get out the driveway.  And we live in the middle of noware so it takes us an hour to get to a walmart. 

A Great Day

Write about what you consider to be an ideal day, as far as the weather is concerned.  If you had your choice, where would you go and what would you do to enjoy this perfect day?

I would love a Spring day.  I would go biking, play with my friends, and play guns.  Then I would come in and have ice cream.  Yes, that would be the perfect day.  The best ever.  I hope you enjoyed my entry.  This is T-Bone  signing out.

Advice to Lindbergh

Pretend that it's 1927 and you're giving Lindbergh last-minute instructions before his takeoff.  Offer him some good advice on ways to stay awake, take care of himself, and have a safe trip.

 Bring lots of coffie and cold water if you start to fall asleep splash some cold water on your face and bring a harness incase you fall. And have a cup of coffie every morning to stay awake and bring lots and lots and lots of food.  Heathly food to stay strong.

Explaining a Holiday

Imagine that your family is hosting an exchange student from Japan.  Explain a custom that you think the student should know about.  It can be a national custom or a local one.

 Hey it`s me again T- bone.  Today I am going to talk about Easter and the Easter Bunny.  Easter is a-bit of a wierd custom. For easter you go to bed one night and the next morning you wake up and there is a basket with stuf in it just for you!!  and a rabbit brings it.  Thats the realy realy realy!!!!  Wierd part. Baseball

Baseball has become a sport enjoyed all over the world.  Which team do you support?  List some of the players and give some other information about the team.  If you don't follow baseball, write about another team sport you like.

 I love the yankeys there the best there is!!!!  And I like to play baseball Id play it every week if the weather wasnt so darn cold.

Things to celebrate

Mairead Corrigan once wrote, "We can rejoice and celebrate today because we are living in a miraculous time.  Everything is changing and everything is possible."  What things do you have to rejoice and celebrate about?

 Lots of friends I have lots of friends.  And they do nice things for me and I am greatfull.  And thats what I am greatfull for.

Australia Day

Which do you think would be better? To stay in an over-crowded prison close to home, or to travel a long distance to an unknown land where you wouldn't be in a crowded prison, but instead in a penal colony or settlement? Tell why you'd make that choice.

I would go beacuse I could at least send letters to my parents with some limits. And I would be in some open space beacuse that would be a beter prison.
