Fish in My Hair

Didja miss me?

I've been away from the blogosphere for a few days. My brain and my body had a minor skirmish over my need for sleep, and my body won.

Anyway, I'm rested and returned, but I can't write much at the moment. It seems that no one else in my house understands the importance of washing dishes. This morning I had to eat my oatmeal with a pickle fork.

Oh, thank goodness.....

I was starting to think you were mad at me. You can't just stop talking to someone and have them think everything is okay, you know? Perhaps you need to increase your intake of caffeine?

I thought you had moved and forgotten to leave me a forwarding address. Glad to hear otherwise my dear TC. Wow - I've never know anyone that actually owned a pickle fork. Very impressive.

Honestly, I have been out of it myself this past week so I can relate! I am still foggy brained. General anesthesia plus me don't go so well together. Hope you got lotsa sleep! Speaking of which, I need a nap...

I missed you while you were away. I feared you had left blog world, as two other friends of mine have moved their blogs to another land, and another one decided to quit altogether. My husband & I both get great joy from reading your blog. We've gotten great laughs here. Glad your not leaving and that you got some much needed rest.

I totally feel your pain about the dishes. Behind my back, the dishes lurk on tabletop and counter....and the dishwasher is broken. Let the screaming commence...
