Dear Friends,

Sometimes so many things happen that we can hardly keep our heads above water. I am having that kind of life right now!

It is pouring cats and dogs over this household. But this weekend is our TEACH On The Beach weekend and I am leaning on Him.

"When you are cast down, you will speak with confidence, and the humble person He will save."

Job 22:29

Hmmm ... does that mean He allowed me to be cast down so I can speak with confidence? Awesome! May He be glorified and save me. Thank you Jesus.

I just wanted to drop a line and let you know that I might be at NICHE in Des Moines. We're still trying to line up babysitting, but it is a possibility. I was just talking to Nancy B. and she said I should comment and let you know. I told her you would have no idea who I am. LOL I'm the template/Tech Support/etc. person around here. She says I helped her with your template or something so you've heard of me. I'll have to take her word for it.

Anyway, if I see you at the conference and introduce myself as the Homeschoolblogger templatetechwhatever person, you'll know it's me. :-) I'm going to try to convince Gena to send me a HSB t-shirt so I can wear it and be a walking billboard if I go. I'm a marketing genius, can't you tell? Ha.

Anyway, I hope to meet you there! Nancy has said lots of very nice things about you.

I"ve often seen in my life that God has to empty me out sometimes to make room for more of Him. I have done some of my best teaching just after going through some of the most trying times because I was leaning more on Him.
