Spring is here and it seems to be popping already! In a couple of weeks we leave for the New Mexico conference. I am looking forward to the 5 or 6 times they asked me to speak. Also, there with me is my friend, Little Bear Wheeler. I will enjoy seeing him and Marilyn again.
In May we have our first TEACH on the Beach this year. Right now it only has 2 spots left. There will be 28 of us relaxing and rejuvinating.
The Lord has used these weekends to impact lives in amazing ways! I bring myself to tears just thinking of some of the stories. Here is one:
"I came planning to divorce my husband the next month. I left with the truth ... of what I could do."
One year later she said, "I did the things that Lorrie shared with me and by the grace of God my husband responded. We recommitted our lives to the Lord and make our relationship a priority,
I wasn't left with a "retreat high" that fades away after a couple of days. With Lorrie's challenges and exhortation my family has survived and thrived."
You see, God is working through these beach retreats and I am honored and humbled to be a part.
