They need judges, they will train you and feed you.  If you are in the area and your kids are considering doing this in their high school years, spend 3 hours there at the tournament and get a feel for it.  Jr. High kids can be used as timers.

Our first Speech & Debate practice tournament of the season will be held at First Baptist Church Frisco, Friday and Saturday Nov. 14-15th. Competitors from all over the region will gather for 2 days of exciting competition...debating foreign policy and performing compelling & entertaining speeches!
