This book is bound to stir up some heated debates!

     Ann Coulter is set to release her most controversial book ever.   In Godless: The Church of Liberalism ,   she shows convincingly that liberal hostility to traditional religion stems from the fact that liberalism is itself a religion - - a godless one.    And,  she shows how,  thanks to the liberals who dominate our courts,  our government bureaucracies,  our schools and our media,  liberalism is now the established religion of our country.    

     Though liberalism rejects the idea of God and reviles people of faith,  it bears all the attributes of a religion itself.   In Godless:  The Church of Liberalism ,   Ann Coulter throws open the doors of the Church of Liberalism,  showing us:

• Its sacraments (abortion)
• Its holy writ (Roe v. Wade)
• Its clergy (government school teachers)
• Its churches (government schools, where prayer is prohibited and condoms are free)

I'll be sure to check this one out. I would be interested in your opinion of my blog topic today. I was kind of in the same mode today with my thoughts. I totally agree that Liberalism is another religion, much the same way that I believe evolution is as well.

What is scary about this is our world is growing more and more like it. Us HSers need to work hard to prepare our kids for the Godless future. We will build stronger Godliness children to defend our faith. Unfortunately I am worried about us being the minorities someday soon.

She is so sure of herself and has a great point of veiw. She is hitting the nail on the head with calling Liberalism a religion. Another good read...I may get this book on Monday (Barnes & Noble is having an Educators' Appreciation Day...I get 25% off)...is David Kupelian's The Marketing of Evil. He says that:
"We have to remember what 'liberation' really means in all these 'liberation' movements (sexual, gay, radical feminism, etc.). Basically, they mean 'liberation' from God, from a higher authority who makes rules and requires certain things from us with the consequences or ultimate reward or punishment. They don't like any higher authority or ruler in their life themselves."

I have never heard such unChristian statements in my life. You have no idea what the Great Peacemaker's teachings are, if you believe Ann Coulter, who engages in hate-speak and extermination-speak. She calls for "assassination and killing of liberals" and never gets admonished for it by the corrupt so-called Christians of the right-wing.

I read the Gospels to my children every week, and I am a progressive enlightened thinker who is ashamed of the way the right-wing has smeared their fellow man. One day you will find out the truth.
