I won't feel so freaky anymore when i get up in the middle of the night to unplug the two laptops that aren't in a surge protector.
Was your computer in a surge protector? Was it turned on?
Hope no one was hurt. I can't imagine not having all of my files. Although I've saved a lot of our pictures to discs, especially our vacation photos. I'm wanting to get a couple of those flashdrives to keep my files backed up on, they are cheap and small.
Praying for quick recovery of your stuff. One reason why I stick with AOL, is that my favs are saved in my account.
Hope things start looking up,
