The Terror of Visiting the Vikings and Narnia.....All in a Day!

Posted in Travel

The TERROR of it all!MGM Studios:   My sane husband and I braved the Tower of Terror once.....but the kids enthusiastically did it again.

We boarded a Viking ship in Norway @ EPCOT in remembrance of  Beorn the Proud!

We squeezed through the "Wardrobe" to Narnia....a welcome change from the Florida heat!

All in a hard day's play.

How fun! I went to WDW on my honeymoon. I can't wait till the girls are older so we can take them, too!

Thanks for sharing this with the Carnival of Family Life!

How fun! We are headed there in about 3 weeks. The kids are all so excited to go back. I will not be doing the Tower, though! : o
Thanks for sharing your photos.

Jan. 22, 2007 - Great memories

We visited WDW in May 06. I thought I'd do the Tower until I heard the screams coming from it half a block away! Nooo waaay. I don't pay money to be scared!
My scariest ride was Soarin'. First both eyes closed, then a peek with one eye, then a peek with two eyes, then one eye fully open. By the end of the ride I had both eyes fully open. I was so proud of myself. My kids think I'm a wimp!

Jan. 22, 2007 - My Favorite Ride

Ohh....Soarin' is my personal favorite ride. We went on it a half dozen times at Disneyland and were happy to see WDW added it to EPCOT. We went on it twice and I would have gone again, but got out-voted. Test Track won our family favorite. I think we went on it 5x's in 2000 and went another 5x's again this visit. I can no longer spin, but I love speed and heights!

How fun! I would have loved the tower at their ages, but don't think my heart could take it now. :) Can't wait til my kids are old enough to go!

I am a Disney lover too! Looks like you had a good time! Where is the Narnia spot? We did the Tower of Terror when we went with no kids - not sure if I could do that again? I love to read your travel blog!
