I especially enjoyed the entry about Richard Peck's books  and one titled I've come to believe you cannot ask your students to do what you don't do !  And I loved  Kid's Lit Itinerary  ...  the photos are precious.

I just took a Hawaiian vacation over at the Palm Tree Pundit.   Lots to see and read in her back yard at the 72nd Carnival of Homeschooling.    I especially enjoyed a post about making  Element Cards  for Chemistry and  Teaching Kids Financial Responsibility.   Settle back with a glass of ice tea and enjoy a quiet moment of reading a garden full of  good posts about others' homeschooling days.   It's like peeking over your neighbors fence, as you get a glimpse of each person's lifestyle of learning.
