Here is a sample of one of my completed plan sheets. I write my plans in pencil, so it did not scan well. But you get the idea of how I used my plan sheet. I note library call numbers on the sheet when possible. And I check off each day's activities as we do them. And now that I look at it here, I noticed that you will all see my messy planning hand-writing!
