I will be hosting the Carnival of Homeschooling on July 4th!! I will be using a patriotic theme, and I would love to have submissions with patriotic themes. I was even thinking that it would be fun to have some of the younger bloggers (aka children) submit short poems or essays. Of course, I welcome articles with topics other than patriotism as the theme. There is a lot going on in the homeschool community this summer.I know it is the heat of convention season, too. (Pardon the pun on the word HEAT! I live in the south, and I am largely pregnant.)

You can submit your articles to me through the email address at the  Why Homeschool blog beginning this Tuesday, June 27th. So even if you have plans to be out of town over the 4th of July, you can send your article in to me before you leave!!!!
