The February 10 deadline looms, and still many small business owners do not know how the new CPSIA law will affect their businesses. I am one of those small business owners. It is very difficult to decide how to proceed. Add to that decision, the economic situation in our country. And National Bankruptcy Day could be a reality for many retailers. When you sit and read the list of big businesses who are closing up shop and liquidating their inventory, it looks very bad for us small guys.

Make your voice heard to your representatives about the CPSIA laws. We need lead regulation, but we do not need such a broad sweeping law.
