"Shanan is a local homeschooling community located in Franklin, TN providing Co-op, tutorial and other activities to those is our area. There are numerous other homeschooling groups in our area as well.
Shanan Community derives its name from the Hebrew word, "Shanan" (pronounced shah-nahn'), found in Deuteronomy 6:6-9. The word means to impress or teach diligently; to sharpen, to bring into focus."

Here's Google's cache of this site: Shanan.org That seems to open up when I try it.

Stone Table started as an aggressive and innovative form of Christian education that would address the surfacing cultural problems of the 21st century: the fog of a Post-modern world view, a waning Christian consensus amongst the young, a poor Christian scholarship at the elementary level, and an ignorance of a Christian physiological view of the individual."
