My Sixth Grader
We are currently doing Classical Writing Homer, Primary Mathematics 6A, Challenging Word Problems 5, Life of Fred: Decimals and Percents, Building Thinking Skills Vol. 3 Verbal, Story of the World Vol.2, Our Island Story, Latina Christiana II, Exploring Creation through Botany, and Tom Sawyer by Mark Twain.
The exciting piece is my son finished reading Tom Sawyer. He started reading Animal Farm by George Orwell. He completed lesson 20 of Latina Christiana. He finished reading Exploring Creation through Botany. I will wait until the fall to start our science because the FIRST Lego League season will force us to do their science. I am OK with that idea.
My Third Grader
We are doing Prima Latina, First Language Lessons 3, Primary Mathematics 3A, Challenging Word Problems 2, Story of the World Vol.2, Exploring Creation through Botany, and the Silver Chair by C.S. Lewis.
He is almost done with Exploring Creation through Botany.
He completed Prima Latina! He is happy. He still has a way to go before he completes the Silver Chair.
