90 Day Bible Reading Challenge

Day 68

Day 68: Zechariah 11:1 - Matthew 4:25

Well, I'm back from vacation and I'm behind on my reading. I don't think that I will have much of a problem catching up, but it may take me about a week.

Also, I think I am going to update the participants list and remove the people that are no longer participating. I think I'm pretty sure who is and who isn't.

I was very encouraged to see that Gerald (thegreatoutdoors) finished reading his Bible in 54 days!!! He had said in one of his comments,

"I'm learning so much about the Bible and how things fall in order. I don't guess I've ever picked up the Bible to read at all outside of at church during the sermons, even then I didn't usually carry a Bible; now, I never leave home without it...it's super glue to my hands"

That is just so encouraging an I'm glad that he has been blessed through this experience!

I am still participating ( I think you knew that but just wanted to let you know). I was very proud of Gerald doing the bible reading in 54 days! Congrats!!!

I got all caught up! I've been lingering a day behind for a while here, but I was really motivated today to finish the Old Testament, and from there, it was only four chapters to catch up.

I am still doing the challenge. I don't know if I will be able to catch up though. I'll have to work out some sort of plan. Sorry it has been so long since I checked in.

Hey sorry I haven't checked in for the last few days...my wife left town for a weekend and I was busy doing my schoolwork. Thanks for the Congrats on reading my Bible in 54 days...I just wanted you to know that now I've started over and I am studying what I read this time! I think that's a very important thing to be done after the initial reading of it all. I felt so lost when I finished it, I just had to start reading again! The Lord works through our lives in every way. I hope all the participants are able to be completed soon. You can take nancysnook, funkyleo, and funniebone off the list...they haven't been able to keep up at all. Have a great day. Gerald
