Sep. 27, 2008 - Happy 10th Birthday Dear
We had her birthday party today. She had a few friends over and had a great time. We did a craft, played to game and then ate and had cake. Then she opened presents. Then I took a nap. It is hard to believe she turned ten already. The boys stayed at the party at her's and their request.

Aww, that's sweet that she asked for the boys to stay. I think my daughter would have been shooing her brother away if possible.
I loved the line "and then I took a nap." That is my kind on party!

That's the way I like them.... birthday parties...simple, with friends and family, but fun! I just don't get these families that spend more on parties and party rooms than on a week's worth of groceries! Sounds like you had a blast! Patti

I hope you will come back and visit. I can't believe that Obama's birth certificate is verifiably a fake. I don't say that lightly. There is a law suit about it. For instance, his school name was Santoro (something like that) and his birth certificate has Obama. Hawaii did not use the word "African" as a race description when he was born they used negro. There is no seal and not date of issuance (it just says "accepted"). There are a lot of other issues with it. It was obviously made with a computer program like Photoshop or something. My husband a computer animator said it would be pretty easy to do today. So, Obama is not even an American citizen. Oops, I should be careful or the "Truth Squad" might read this and come after me---eeek (can you believe this is happening in the US)?
