Here are shots of our new house. It is still a trailer with an addition, but it fits us much better. This fall the deck will hopefully be closed in and made into a living room, and our current living room will become a full-sized dining area. We also hope to take out the wall in the kitchen and put a breakfast bar/increase counter space! Anyway, here is how it looks now:
Deck:
Kitchen:
Living room from both ends:
I couldn't get a good shot of either the bathroom or the laundry room. They were too small to take from the door, and couldn't get it from outside the door either. Next the Master Bedroom:
And this is my favorite place in the house to read and have my quiet times:
The big girls' room:
And finally 3dd2's room:
That completes our tour of our new place. I hope you enjoyed your visit!
Your home looks nice and cozy and inviting. I constantly work on promoting that feeling here too. It makes homeschooling so much more pleasant when home is "homey*.
thanks for commenting on my blog and for the congrats. i was very happy to be having another girl. i never had a sister and thought it would be great if dd1 had someone close and i got my wish granted! one of these days i will get around to posting my birth story, just haven't had enough time to sit down and get it written out!
Thanks for stopping by my blog :) Yep, he really wants to keep it. He has, in passing, mentioned wanting a mohawk. He hasn't talked about it recently and I had no idea he wanted to do it TODAY!!! It takes a lot to shock me LOL. He's asked for an earring and I told him, "Sure!". But he is allergic to metals, and so he decided not to. Plus it isn't as much fun when it isn't "shocking" I guess. I have put my foot down when it comes to a tattoo. That is permenant and is not a decision to make until you are an adult, imo. Soo....
Allen got his hair cut, but he does keep it in a nice "boy cut". He is 12.5 now :) Isaac got his hair cut, also, but only the ends to keep them from splitting. It made it bounce up and it looks really curly now! I'd LOVE his hair. I'll have to get some recent pictures of his hair. It is thick and gorgeous!
OK....I stayed up WAY too late knitting. But I am almost done with the 2nd sleeve and ready to stitch it together and then put the ruffle border on. I am very task driven. If I have a goal, I work myself into the ground to accomplish it LOL. I need to get task driven on this diet *sigh*.

In Him,
Wow, I like your house!! :) And I really liked the pictures in the post below this one!! We used to do that! Mom and my younger sisters still do, but I have to shower in the mornings, now that I'm old. *sniffle* But I get the hot chocolate at breakfast! :)
Nope, I don't have a clue who that picture's of!! I googled "skeet shooting" and found a bunch of pictures of people shooting, and just picked one randomly. lol!! :)
I am soooo happy for you!!!!!!!!!! My mom's pregnant too, but we don't know if it's a boy or a girl. When are you due??? That is soooo cool!!!! *grins*
I thought I would come by and meet you! How nice that you are in Colorado too! We would love to get "off the grid" or close to it. I really like what you did with this addition, or deck. It will make such a nice big living room!
Hope you have a lovely, warm day tomorrow!!!
Nancy
One thing have I desired of the Lord that will I seek after: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life. To behold the beauty, the beauty of the Lord. To inquire in His temple, the temple of the Lord.
This is my everyday thoughts about being a mother to three little ladies (12, 10 and 5) and a three year old son. We serve God full-time, and I am a physician assistant. I have the most awesome husband in the world. I am trying to seek and serve God with all my heart, all my soul, all my mind and all my strength.
