Recently fellow blogger, Jacque Dixon, started a post complete with a Mr. Linky about what books her 10ish son enjoys. She also added Mr. Linkys for books young adults enjoy and books that are enjoyed by family as read-alouds. You can see her post and the others who have commented here.
But not every book in every series. She read at least one, sometimes many in a series. We read the Chronicles of Narnia together. The two audiobooks she heard on our recent trip. Many of them were part of her reading assignments from Sonlight or her summer reading just for fun. It isn't her exhaustive reading list (she listed over 54 books and then stopped listing them last year during the school year). Not all of them were her favorites, so we didn't list them. She likes to read. She really just took off in her reading when she was 8 1/2 also.
I originally was going to do 2 separate ones for boys and girls, and I asked Amanda, and she said, "no, actually, I have read most of those books, Mom!".
So, feel free to add your name and link the post if you do one, too!! You can link hers or I can.
blessings!!!

One thing have I desired of the Lord that will I seek after: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life. To behold the beauty, the beauty of the Lord. To inquire in His temple, the temple of the Lord.
This is my everyday thoughts about being a mother to three little ladies (10, 9 and 4) and a toddler son. We serve God full-time, and I am a physician assistant. I have the most awesome husband in the world. I am trying to seek God with all my heart, all my soul, all my mind and all my strength.
