Outside my window...Sunny and warm! A lot of the snow has melted and the red snow is beginning to show through again. I can see grass where the sun hits the ground directly. Very cool!
I'm thinking... I'm so glad that my PA recertification boards are behind me so that I can enjoy blogging and reading what I want again!
From the learning rooms... I am reading the Charlotte Mason Handbook by Karen Andreola and gleaning some good useful stuff about forming good habits and molding the will. I hope to find more good stuff on child training too.
I am thankful for... my husband, the sun shining, a car and computer that are running well, and my income tax return.
From the kitchen....It's that time of year where I have to put out three meals a day from my own kitchen again. I have made up a schedule, but I don't have it here beside me.
I am wearing... a dark pink, long-sleeved t-shirt, black jeans, pink, white and yellow socks. My hair is pulled back into two barrettes at the back of my head.
I am reading... As I mentioned above I'm reading the Charlotte Mason Handbook by Karen Andreola, and Torah Club 4 commentary put out by First Fruits of Zion.
I am hoping... That my son's napping habits return to the way they were before the time change. Also that his cough goes away soon.
I am creating... lots of ideas for how we will do school differently next year.
I am hearing... my husband turning pages to something he is reading in the next room.
Around the house... All the kids are in bed for the night. Tim is reading in the living room. The kitchen is clean.
One of my favorite things... no bake cookies! Maybe I'll go make some!
I am going... to work tomorrow in Delta, while hubby stays home with the kids (he doesn't have to do the base shopping tomorrow).
A few plans for the rest of the week... Work tomorrow all day as a physician assistant, Friday Girl Scouts.
Here is a picture thought I am sharing with you...
We saw these big horn sheep along side the road on our way to Kansas on highway 50 in Colorado. We saw some mountain goats near Blue Mesa Reservoir on our way home, but didn't get any pics.
Thanks for stopping! Warm Wishes for a Wonderful Week!

I am so happy for you now being able to relax and do some enjoyed reading now. The coughs are going around up here too. Handsome is prepping the grounds to plant peas this week end and maybe build our raised bed near our front of the house. Can you eat rye or spelt ? I cannot remember. I am hoping in a weeks time to try to make the sourdough bread that I shared on Tightwad Tuesday.
The pic of the sheep were AMAZING !!! I love God's wildlife.
There is so much information in your post, I don't know where to start! I rejoice with you that you passed your exams. How long is that good for? What are you thinking of doing different next year? I, too, am thinking a lot about next year. I love those no-bake cookies, too. They are like fudge, but easy to make. Also, does that mean that you cook 3 meals a day for others than just your family? And lastly, cool photo!

One thing have I desired of the Lord that will I seek after: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life. To behold the beauty, the beauty of the Lord. To inquire in His temple, the temple of the Lord.
This is my everyday thoughts about being a mother to three little ladies (12, 10 and 5) and a two year old son. We serve God full-time, and I am a physician assistant. I have the most awesome husband in the world. I am trying to seek and serve God with all my heart, all my soul, all my mind and all my strength.
