I think I may have given my blog the wrong name; a more appropriate name would have been “My Life In Pictures”
I am going to join in on the fun and share our Schoolroom/ playroom with you all as per Gina’s contest post.
Our School/Play Room

My boys are 1, 3 and 5. Our homeschool days are very relaxed and very child led at this stage in the ball game. Our days are filled with ABC’s, 123’s, rhymes, songs, colors, animals and wonder. We spend more time on the floor and outside then sitting at a table or desk. I love it and will miss this season when it is over. I think I started out with the wrong mindset and tried to replicate the “School Room” atmosphere and a bit too early at that. A very wise Titus 2 mother (my Mentor) gave me sound advice and wisdom when she told me not to look outside my windows, not to preoccupy myself with what other mothers were doing and “when” they were doing it. To go at our own pace, not rush it as my boys are so young and that we had plenty of time to get into the nitty gritty of it all. To “Enjoy” our days together and have “Fun” while we can LOL Let the little ones follow me around cause all they really want to do is just be with mama and help me in whatever it is I am doing. To pray without ceasing and allow the Lord to order our days.
We follow a very loose MOTH schedule. I “try” to get up an hour before the boys at 6:00am to have some quite time, prayer and devotions before
they get up. The boy’s wake around 7, get up, get dressed (clothes are laid out the night before) and I go to get them at about 7:15~ 7:30.
We eat breakfast do table chores and clean up, groom, brush teeth.
We start off the morning with the Pledge Of Allegiance, Pledge to the Bible, “House Rules” and calender time.
Our little Flag on our Calendar.

We have our family prayer time when Papa gets up. The boys play or have free time in the playroom while I do my morning routine and check my email. Then we start with “Circle time” sing a fun nursery song about our Homeschool day. Our circle time is spent on the rug in the living room, I read the days devotion to the 3 boys from one of our many devotionals, we use “Fun Devos For Boys, Gotta Have God”, “Little book Devotional ~Obedience”, and or read a page from our “Children’s book Of The Bible”. I sometimes read the devotional during lunchtime as well and we talk about the devotional while they eat. During circle time we also read, sing, recite scripture, poems, and do our character training then I give the little ones something to play with or work on while I work on MFW with Micah. We have enjoyed using MFW Kindergarten but we have taken it slow as Micah “just” turned 5, we also use other schooling items such as flash cards, math tools, work books and free resources from the following sites,

Baby Ashton doing "his" work and our Kitchen table where we also do crafts , and paper work.

This is where we learn how to "SHARE" they fight over this kitchen more then any other thing! This is the "Toy" side of the room.

We take many breaks throughout the day for play, fun and MUSIC! Yes we are a very musical family. Hubby is a professional drummer and plays the drums for a living, he also writes music you can check out his site HERE (sorry, shameless plug for DH) Troy takes over the music lessons each day and teaches the boys drums and piano. We are blessed to have Papa home with us most days, so he does help out a lot.
Having a lesson with Papa

All 3 boys are playing the drums and they practice/play daily! All day long, im sure the neighbors just love it! We have a box full of musical instruments including a guitar, xylophone and many other percussion instruments. We love to sing too!
Our very own band featuring...
Micah on xylaphone, Ashton on Piano and Dominick on drums!

We usually go outside to play for an hour or so and take walks to our duck pond, feed the ducks then head in for lunch.
My two youngest nap from 1 to 3 and Micah will also nap or have quite time in a separate room with books, puzzles, his leap pad or listening tapes.
In the afternoon Micah and I have started doing “Reading In 100 Easy Lessons” then its back outside to play some more.

Finally, what we like to call "Ashton's Homeschool"
This is the neatest toy EVER! It teaches ABC, 123, paterns, Time, rymes, and so much more. We love this thing LOL

That is our average Homeschool day in a nutshell, no two days are alike and no day will ever be perfect but my boys are home with me and I am learning right along with them. What could be better?
