                       Weigh in chart in journal

Tuesday: Zone Cleaning

GYM               Spend time in zone

                       Make weekly menus

                       Clean Refrigerator

Wednesday Grocery & Errand Day

                       Make sure menus are planned

                       Double check grocery list

                       Post Office

                       Buy gifts and cards

                       Empty trash (evening) put out

Thursday: Zone Clean partial Desk day

                       Garbage Day

                       Finish zone cleaning chores

                       Remainder weekly cleaning

                       Clean windows

Friday: Paper work

                       File papers

                       Write letters & cards

                       Clean out purse

                       Pet care

                       Clean Laundry room

Saturday: Work in yard day & homeschool prep

                      Wash linins

                      Yard work

                      Clean Bathrooms

                      Organize homeschool week

Sunday: The Lords day/ Rest

                       Put out garbage
