Spring Reading Challenge

Posted in Homeschool

It's time for a spring reading challenge over at Callapidder Days!

Have you fallen behind on your To-Be-Read list? Do you have five books that you've started but haven't finished? Have you been meaning to get around to that great book your friend recommended but just haven't done it yet? Do you love to read and to find out what everyone else is reading? Then this challenge is for you!

Want to join in? I hope you do! Here's the scoop:

Who: The Spring Reading Thing is open to anyone and everyone!

What: The Spring Reading Thing provides an opportunity for all of us to set goals when it comes to our personal (or family) reading. Everyone who wants to join the challenge will make a list of books they'd like to read (or books they need to finally finish!) this spring. We'll share our goals with each other, and then share our experience and results when the challenge is over.

When: March 21st through June 21st, 2007.

Im not sure that I will meet the goal of reading all of the wonderful books listed below but we sure are going to try! Im looking forward to lots of reading this Spring, in our home on the beds, in the living room with the family, outside under tree’s or in the trees with my boys

Candy,
What a blessing that you left me a comment this morning. I completely forgot to add your book to my list on the blog. So I quickly got it posted and I cant wait to dig into it and hopefully glean some of your wisdom! :-)

Thank you for checking in, Troy is on his way home now! The boys went to pick him up with Troys father so I am here with baby waiting for his arrival! House is clean, dinner is ready and now I am just waiting. I should go start your book :-)

Have a blessed rest of the week!

Hugs & Blessings,

Pocketful of Pinecones was so good! I have read many of the books on your list including The Country Diary of an Edwardian Lady-it is fun to read through, inspiring you to do nature study! I do Charlotte Mason, so we do quite a bit of that. Enjoyed your list, the books for your children are wonderful too!
