Monday Meanderings and a Treat!

If by chance you don't read this whole post, be sure to read down below for a special treat!

To learn more about "Monday Meanderings”, and or to choose the graphic of your choice please go HERE!

1. Bible Study/ Devotions ~ This week I will be reading Chapter 4 (I'm actually a bit ahead but I will reread Ch. 4) of Nancy Campbell's Bible Study  "The Power of Motherhood ". My very Dear friend “Tina” from “A Woman's Journey Home ” is hosting this study on her “Power Of Motherhood Study” blog!

I have also been reading and studying in Proverbs  This week I will study Proverbs 15, 16 & 17

2. "Must Do"~ This week I “Must”

·        Home Blessing (You can view my HB on the left sidebar)

·        Ship out Packages that are ready

·        Make and send Orderly Mom notebooks that have been ordered

·        Exercise at home with boys daily; plan a new exercise program for home.

·        Make Hummingbird food, clean and refill all feeders

·        Start planning for the Holidays (just jot basic plans on paper and get pages organized into my Orderly Mom Notebook) Yep, I know it sounds soon but I have to plan early with 4 little ones under foot. Lots to plan this year… Christmas Homeschool Open House on my blog, Homeschool group Christmas party at our home, make plan for gifts we will be making, food to be made and this years Family Gatherings at our home for Thanksgiving and Christmas!

3. Zone~ I am going to take a break from the zones this week and work on two closets that have spun out of control yet again…  Pictures to come (maybe)

4. Train Them Up~ We will continue with our daily Bible lesson, character training and daily chores along with 1st time obedience training. Sound’s like I have puppies doesn’t it?? Well this day in age some puppies ARE better trained then children!

5. Menu Planning~ A couple of this weeks recipes come from my recent “Food & Family Magazine” from Kraft, its free and always full of such yummy, quick and easy recipes! I do not use the exact brands they recommend all the time though.

Monday: STOVE TOP Classic One-Dish Chicken Bake with Vegetables

Tuesday: Beef Fajitas

Wednesday:
Leftovers/ Picnic Dinner (Just me n the boys)

Thursday:
  Chicken Parmesan Bundles

Friday:   Pizza Night

Saturday: Leftovers / Picnic Dinner (Just me n the boys)

Sunday: Dinner at Troy’s parents

Dessert: Banana-Sour Cream Cake we have lots of over ripe bananas to use up.

Now for that treat!!!

Here is a special Treat to start the Fall season off right! A very talented and dear friend has just started a new venture, it is a family collaboration and I pray the start to something big! Kelli over at “There Is No Place  Like Home”  has started a new Magazine, it reminds me so much of the beautiful “Victoria Magazine” .

Seasonal Delights is a quarterly online magazine for young ladies and their mothers, but can be enjoyed by anyone who loves celebrating the joys of each passing season! It is created and produced by Kelli and her husband!

The first issue is 20 full-color pages filled with crafts, recipes, sewing projects, and many other Autumn-themed activities.

Kelli and her husband have been so generous to give everyone a free subscription through the end of the month so hurry on over and Subscribe to this amazingly beautiful new Treasure! Go check it out HERE!

I hope you all have a wonderfully blessed and productive week!

Hugs & Blessings,

Tiany

I saw that cake in my Kraft Foods mag and thought it looked yummy too! BTW...if I get too many ripe bananas, I just peel them and toss them in a ziploc bag and freeze them til I need them for baking! Works perfect and no waste!

This is my first Meandering.... But it made me get myself organized, right down to setting up a binder with all my papers that will help me get through things this week.

Yummy...everything sounds great!!

I went to sign up for the Kraft magazine, only to discover that I already had. Strange...I don't get the magazines. So, I went to update my profile and I still had my address from over 3 years ago up. My, I'm on the ball!!

Have a great week!

I just got my kraft food and family magazine this week, but I have not had a chance to sit down and look through it. I always love finding new recipes in them. I do not always use the name brands either.

Did you know that you can get on their website and have them e-mail recipes to you also. They even have a diet section. It has been a while since I have been on though. I do not even remember my longin information.

Your meal plan looks wonderful. You have a lucky family.
