Hey Ya'll!!! I was totaly in the mood for a nice big glass of something sweet 'n sour, refreshing and COLD. So, I came up with this awesome idea to make a sorbet :)  This is my very own recipe and I made it up my self :)

Yields 3/4 of a tall glass (or, one serving)

1/2 cup frozen sliced strawberries (or about 10 large strawberries)

2 shot glasses of water (Or, 4 tablespoons)

Sugar

Blender :)

Slice strawberries and place into blender. Pour water into the blender and pulse the blender. After strawberries are somewhat blended up, sweeten to taste. (I don't have a specific amount) It is better to use less sugar because the sourness plus the sweetness is what the point of it is :) After it's completely blended, pur into large glass and eat with a spoon :) The mixture will turn a little bit jelly-ish after it sits for awhile, but it shouldn't get to that point if you eat it fast enough and don't blend too hard :) If you don't have a pulse blend it on MEDIUM.

OK, We're needing lots of prayer here. The other day, my  sister went over to her friends house and unknowingly was exposed to the flu!!!!!! I'm so scared we're all gonna get it!!! But if we don't by Friday I think, we'll be fine :)

Do you like my new template? I got it from "HSBArtists" (Link on bottom bar) and edited it to make it more "me". But it's not mine :) It originaly was red and black, but I don't really like red and black together, (It looked kinda boyish) so I changed the colors and stuff and added a background. Whew! That was long!

Today I went roller blading! I had a good time! And I won the race!!!!! :D But my calf and ankle were really bothering me because I'm out of shape. Something has been going on lately with that leg anyway :( I really think my one leg is growing while the other is not. It is really, really weird :S

It's almost my riding lessons. I'm getting really excited!! I'll get to sit on Chaco bareback. I MIGHT be able to walk on him but Julie said prolly not. YAY!!! I am glad I'll be able to even sit on him bareback!! Andrea will probably get to ride Tuffy, but in the saddle, lol duh!

Hey!

Sorry I haven't been "updating" in a while. Been crazy. So recently...A LOT has been going on!

Just yesterday my Grandma and Grandpa had the final papers signed and blah blah blah. So they're [almost] officialy divorced. It's really sad. :'(  I'm a little depressed. But you know what, God will take care of Grandma and bless her for all the years she has taken care of Grandpa.

So, I AM SO EXCITED! Saturday is the open house for the camp that we ride horses at! They will have various Camp attractions up and runnings so on and so forth. Cookout, fire, live music, blah blah blah! That will be so fun! Thursday, Ellyn has her first open hours at Equine Academy. (Same place we went to camp) Friday she has her first not-bonus riding lesson!!! Which will be cool. WE thought it was 2 hour lessons but it is only 1 1/2 hour lessons. I even get to stay and watch, clean otu stalls, groom horses, feed them, water them have photographic experiences with them (Which just means take pictures. I was just being overly creative and weird lol)...so on and so forth! I LOVE going to Miss Debbie's place! :D

So on Saturday, I WILL BE TURNING 12!!! I AM SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D When I was little I always used to wonder what I would be like when I was 12 or 13 :) So we're going to that thing at Camp and then we're prolly going to get a some ice cream. We're not doing anything much. We don't usually :)

It's getting late, and I am overdue on my time on the PC!!!!! OH NO!!!!! I"M IN TROUBLE!!!! Just kidding :)
