I hope you are staying warm if you are in the cold zones....brrrr... it is cold here in Missouri.

We  have a light dusting of snow and perhaps more on the way! Pretty but cold!

I would like to share a simple easy cobbler recipe.

I made ours cherry to be cheery ;0)!

1 can of your favorite pie filling

Spray a 9x9 inch pan with oil spray

Pour  filling in the pan

1/3 cup of  a sugar cookie ready made mix (dry)

Add to 1 cup of quick oatmeal

Mix the cookie mix with the oatmeal as a topping

Sprinkle evenly over top of filling

1/4 cup canola oil is then sprinkled over top of the dry mix

Bake at 350 for 20-25 min.

Serve warm and it is yummy!
