I wanted you to know how much J.E. and I enjoyed seeing your team play at that nifty old court at CSU last Saturday. It was a very tense ending to a hard game and we applaud you and your teammates for playing fair under stressful conditions and not the best treatment from the opposing team. Things happen in the heat of the moment and we all learn how better to act from these experiences. Anyway, you look fine on the court, serious, and concerned for the other players. Keep up the good work. Love always...

There are so many. And I know you read a lot. I would always recommend all of C.S. Lewis. His Perelandra Trilogy in particular. Also, Merwyn Peake's Gormengast Trilogy which is sheer brilliance in three volumes. (It may actually be Mervyn--I always forget which). Of course, Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights are excellent. Just before my sixth grade began, I had a list of books from the school I was going to attend and had to pick 6 books to read the summer before classes. My picks were: Robinson Crusoe, Jane Eyre, The Jungle Book, 1001 Arabian Nights, The Wonderful Adventures of Nils, Brighty of the Grand Canyon.
At least, I think these are the ones. A year or so later I dove into The Diary of Anne Frank and Child of Our Times, then Exodus by Leon Uris. I remember attending an evening of Sholom Aleichem stories when we lived in Long Beach and seeing two women in the audience who were discussing their experiences in a concentration camp during World War II and showing their number tattoos on their arms. It made a deep impression on me.

Hey Hannah, what's going on? Have you been out shooting hoops or hooting shoots or scooping whoops? I've been to work until 2:30 and then came home and am answering everyone's bloggies. Don't want to get blogged down with this. Ha. Have a wonderful evening, sweet thang.
Love, Moe Moe
