We are having early spring weather and I must say I am enjoying it. Tonight we had pork spare ribs and salad, it is a nice change from those winter vegies.
Too bad my oldest (my dh) will not eat salads and vegetables. He needs his daily serving of rice. Maybe it has to do with his being latin. Who knows..., but I sure do love salads and vegies!
That is so so so yummy looking! How can you tease us like this? I think you have to bring me a serving here.... I love it when you share your ideas with us. You are a good wife!!
We had ribs last night too, but I simmered them in Salsa.
Your salad looks so tasty. I would love some spring like temps for a change!

we're having pork ribs tonight also. Hope mine come out as nice as yours. We're not big pork eaters, so this is a change for us also. Sending smiles and blessings to you and yours.

You always have the most tasty meals. I've been slacking off with my cooking this summer. DH is gone two nights a week, so I just wing it. Then when he is home I am usually too busy for a proper meal, so we have simple things that are quick. Really, I used to be such a better meal planner. I think I will go read some of my Monday Menus from 2006. What has become of that I wonder?

Just wanted to tell you that you won't want to miss my video that I made for tomorrow's show & tell. Well, you might want to, but I'd really enjoy it if you came by to see it. :-)

I want to come to dinner. This looks SO GOOD! We are going out tonight.. it's my father's 70th birthday. We're kidnapping him and taking him to his favorite restaurant. lol.
It seems so odd that you are just headed into spring and starting to enjoy your fresh salads, while here in Missouri we are stilling enjoying the begining of the end. We are harvesting the last few weeks of our growing season. And our summer salads are almost over. We will soon be headed to those less appealing winter vegetables! lol
Hi Tracy,
It's still so hard to wrap my mind around our reverse seasons, though it really is kinda cool. Puts a whole new twist in my thinking as my son shines a flashlight on his globe and spins it, lol.
Someday I'll have to post a picture of what my teenage girls consider organized. You will gain much appreciation for your very organized 16yo!
You must have Spring Fever...miss seeing you about SSiC. Hope all is well and you are just out and about enjoying the new Spring weather.

Hi Tracy,
We have missed you here in the blogging world! Praying all is okay there... please say you haven't quit without even saying goodbye :o(

• For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart. And no creature is hidden from his sight, but all are naked and exposed to the eyes of him to whom we must give account.
