Scouts, keep working on those eagle-required merit badges, so that we can have a Court of Honor this fall. 

Recently, the Cobra Patrol made the logical decision to rename itself the Badger Patrol.  Now maybe they can finally get a patrol flag!  I'd been wondering what was the deal with badgers, especially why our SPL, Badger Boy, is so obsessed with them.  I was even more puzzled when I saw the patrol patch.  I mean, what the heck is that patch supposed to mean?

But then I found this picture of a badger on the web and it made more sense.  Wow, that's one nasty looking little monster, isn't it?  I'll bet that badger would tear up a cobra!

Troop 777 is a Boy Scout troop chartered through World View Community Church in Olmsted Falls, Ohio, a non-denominational Christian church.  The scouting movement is designed to help equip boys for their lives ahead as men.  It is the vision of our troop to train and equip our scouts through scouting and help them grow in their Christian faith.  Also, our troop exists to serve Cub Scout Pack 777, our chartering organization, and the broader community.   

Our troop is currently very small, and all of our scouts are current or former homeschoolers.  All our scouts are graduates of Pack 777 where they all earned the Arrow of Light.  Many of our scouts have earned one or more of the God and Country religious awards.
