So here is how it goes (the rules):

2. We have to post these rules before we give you the facts.

So without further ado here are 8 random things about me:

1. I am and will forever be a clutz! Yes it is true - my nickname in high school? 'The Clutz'! But thank you Lord for being gracious to me and sending me a dear SIL with the same trait - we even started a club - anyone wanna join?

2. I have known my husband of 10 years since I was in Kindergarten! We grew up together in the dinky little town of ???, Washington.

3. My summer job in high school was driving bulk truck for a local farmer and I actually loved doing it! Well except for the time I headed off in one of the trucks and found out that the breaks were not working! Yikes!

4. As a senior in high school I was nominated as a candidate for prom queen and homecoming queen but alas! I was never chosen.

5. I graduated in a class of 17 (ahhh - now the whole prom and homecoming queen thing is making more sense!) ( : of which 12 of them I had known since early childhood! A class of 17 was definitely one of the larger classes to go through! A very small farming community to say the least - the very same school my dad attended too - we even shared many of the same teachers!

6. I went to college for an eleven month culinary program in order to make the most gourmet mac n' cheese you've ever tasted! Yes - I cook for a brood of the pickiest eaters you've ever met - including a husband who prefers PB & J over most other foods! I can even make PB & J gourmet though - anyone want the recipe? It's yummy!

7. In April of 2005 my husband and I  along with our 4 children sold almost everything we owned and moved to Nevada in  a 30 ft travel trailer that we lived in for an entire year! Okay  - so some of you knew this already if you have been reading my blog from the beginning - but as you can see I am reaching for anything that is interesting about me! (  :

8. Last one- hmmm? what else should I share? My great love of coffee? My hatred of owning pets (much to my husband's dismay)? Ah ha! I know! Here is one that all you sisters and brothers in Christ can rejoice in with me - I have had the privilege of being used in bringing 3 friends from high school to Christ in the last 5 years! What a joyous blessing!
